For public school districts and charter schools, LEAD assists with navigating the Special Education Process and specializes in evaluating Spanish-dominant students. We provide fair assessments and services for your students and bilingual learners.

Service's we provide.

Bilingual Evaluations

The evaluation team at LEAD is ready to help meet your Special Education assessment needs by providing high-quality comprehensive bilingual evaluations in all suspected areas of disability. We offer full-time, part-time, and as-needed staff to assist in meeting your evaluation deadlines. We also offer on-site, remote, and hybrid evaluations.

  • Bilingual School Psychologists, Educational Diagnosticians, and Speech-Language Pathologists are available. 
  • Assist school teams in ruling out Culture and Language as determining factors.
  • Our Speech Language Pathologist assists schools in determining whether academic difficulties are related to typical second language errors or a language impairment. 
  • We are available for the supervision of graduate students or mentoring new staff.  
  • We provide consultative and collaboration services to school staff and parents. 
  • We also offer support with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), in-home training evaluations, counseling evaluations, early childhood evaluations, and dyslexia screenings.  
  • Evaluations are reviewed with parents before ARD meetings. 
  • Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) are also available. 

Traditional Evaluation Services

The evaluation team at LEAD also provides monolingual evaluations to schools. We provide a range of evaluation services, from full-time, part-time, and as-needed to assist in meeting your evaluation deadlines.

Related Services

Related services are available for students with an individualized educational plan. Our therapists follow the educational model approach.

  • Speech Therapy (ST): speech therapy in a school setting is meant to support students whose communication impairment affects their access to the curriculum and academic progress. 
  • Occupational Therapy (OT): occupational therapy is a related service focused on supporting a student’s overall ability to participate as successfully and fully as possible in the school environment. 
  • Physical Therapy (PT): physical therapy helps students with disabilities overcome their physical challenges to achieve their educational goals. 
  • Psychological Services: counseling is delivered as a related service when necessary to help eligible children with disabilities benefit from their special education.
  • Autism Specialist: offers services and support for individuals with an Autism disability. Conducts In-Home Parent Training (IHPT) needs assessment and IHPT services.

Interim District or Campus Administrative Assistance can be provided on-site or remotely.

Private Clinic (COMING SOON)

Our private clinic provides evaluations and services to children, adolescents, or private schools seeking to help a struggling learner. These services range from evaluations to therapy, and counseling.
